The total we quote is the total you pay

Every figure you receive from mutexpath.com already carries the mandatory costs. Country and city tourist tax, resort tax, the booking fee and the listed transfers sit inside the total, so the sum you approve on the day of booking is the sum you settle on the balance date.

  • Lift passes wherever the trip tier name says they are included.

Low-snow policy

Three outcomes we put in writing before you travel

Snow cover is never promised, and we never sell it that way. Cover at Bansko and Pamporovo is least reliable from mid-December to early January and again through the last ten days of March. Our Alpine weeks from mid-January to mid-March are the safer bet. Where the lift operator's own snow report cannot support the skiing you booked, you pick one of the options below and we record it in your booking confirmation.

    Re-route to a resort that is running

    We move the whole group to an alternative resort on the same all-inclusive basis: accommodation, listed transfers, lift passes where stated, booking fee and mandatory tourist tax. No supplement, no rebooking charge.

  2. 02

    Partial refund of unused skiing days

    We refund the ski days the lifts could not deliver at the daily rate printed in your confirmation. Your overland travel and accommodation stay exactly as booked.

  3. 03

    Postpone to another date this season

    You shift the entire booking once, with no amendment fee. Any price difference for the new dates is quoted and agreed before you confirm.
